Keeping our long term “vision” of caring for our employees and their families, NeoNiche “Happiness Initiative” is driven by a committee which constantly look for bringing joy and fun in NeoKnights lives .The team is self-elected and voluntary in nature and looks for different way of engaging and by asking the big question ‘how happy are you?’ every single day and do something to add fun into our lives. Members are welcome to give ideas and suggestions to this group or join this group

4.CSR Initiative
NeoNiche and every NeoKnight as stated in its “Vision Statement” believes that we have a larger responsibilities towards the society, We believe that we need to leave this world a bit better than when we arrived, “The CSR Initiative” is driven by a committee of passionate people who formulate, plan and adopt initiative on behalf of the Company and ensures that every NeoKnights participate in activities adopted by the organization. Participation in these activities though not mandatory is encouraged as it reflects the value system of our team members. This activates ranges from funding for a cause by the organization, participation and labor and members self-donating for a cause.

5. New Initiative
To bring alive our “Vision” NeoNiche has a “New Initiative Team” which constantly measures and suggests innovative ideas to the management, the same is a self governing body and members are self elected and looks into ways of adding Ideas, Innovation and Insight (Our DNA) into all our initiatives
