Qlik®, a leading data discovery company organized the Qlik® Visualize Your World Event in Mumbai on the 31st October 2014 at Hotel Trident, where they introduced in style a business intelligence tool called Qlik Sense to their family of products.
NeoNiche was chosen as the agency partner to manage the complete deliverables of the event. The responsibilities included shortlisting and finalising strategically located venues, audience acquisition, communication management, branding and entertainment among other activities. The major challenge here was to create an ambience that would facilitate the impression of Qlik Sense as a high-in class product, develop meaningful association with the right prospects and engage the audience on-sight through demonstrations. NeoNiche took complete onus of the event and got into action, a team to accomplish the desired objectives.
After thorough brain storming, the team came up with a brilliant and a unique way to unveil the product amidst the crowd. The immensely talented Illuminati UV Light Group was called upon to deviate from the standard launch events and execute an exclusive concept. The group performed an act that highlighted the pain-points of the decision makers in a company due to the lack of organised, timely and well-conducted information and showed how Qlik Sense can come to rescue in such a situation. Likewise a very strong brand presence was created by deploying a customised Q-shaped set-up. The e-Collateral Kiosks and the experience zones served as enriching information-centric points.
Well-equipped demo zones were created at the venue to provide the guest a first-hand experience of the product. Industry experts and eminent personalities shared their perspective on trending topics such as data visualization, big data, and data governance. Similarly prominent Qlik® customers were invited to narrate their success stories on how Qlik Sense helped them transform their business by leaps and bounds. The event culminated in a networking Cocktail and Dinner session.
Visualize Your World saw an assembly of over 200 decision makers from across various verticals and fields. The look and feel of the event pleased everyone, so much so that NeoNiche has now been mandated to conduct the Bengaluru leg of the event to replicate the same magical experience as we created in Mumbai.
